Flex 24/7 Fitness Center, located at 305 Frankford Ave. Suite 400, “dedicates every square inch to improving client lives” through knowledge, experience and guidance.

The gym’s transition has been tremendous since owner Chris Moser took over earlier this year. Chris, a certified personal trainer, has 17 years in the fitness industry, and his and his crew’s first priority is improving each and every one of their member’s health, whether it’s through exercise, nutrition or encouragement.

Two programs exclusively offered at Flex are Fitness Bootcamp and Lubbock Losers. Chris has developed these programs for the past 10 years.

Bootcamp is for clients who want to seriously kick-start their fitness training. For a decade, Chris has put this program to the test and has seen amazing results from his clients.

“Bootcamp is designed to help you make a lifestyle change for health and well being,” says Chris.

Registration starts now, and Bootcamp officially begins Monday, Jan. 18. Anyone who wants to physically improve themselves can become a part of the Bootcamp team.

More than just an exercise program, Bootcamp starts with a personal physical and nutrition assessment. Armed with the vital information, the Bootcamp instructors will guide you through an eight-week journey of self improvement. The information is also used to choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. Bootcamp addresses all areas of fitness, including cardio and muscular endurance, fat and weight loss, full body strength, agility, balance and flexibility.

The Lubbock Losers program, unlike Bootcamp, is less intensive and designed for people who are deconditioned. The program is designed specifically for people who have 50 or more pounds to shed in order to reach a healthy weight.

Lubbock Loser participants receive two workouts per week with a personal trainer, plus a nutritional assessment/consultation which involves a food log. The  month-to-month program helps individuals gradually change their lifestyles in order to better maintain the results and get on the road to fitness.

Registration for Lubbock Losers starts Monday, Jan. 4, and the program will begin Monday, Feb. 1.

At Flex, you are not alone. The Flex staff members want to be your partner in reaching your fitness goals. “If they need us, we will hold their hands through the entire process,” says Chris.

The gym is growing along with their dedication to their members, so they have added new staff and are offering more class times and new classes. Included in the growth is the gym’s nutritional store, which retails all popular sports brands at wholesale prices.

Texas Tech University, South Plains College and Wayland Baptist University students come in a receive half off enrollment and  $19.95 per month with no contract.

For details or to register for Bootcamp or Lubbock Losers, members and non-members can call (806) 368-5284 or email flex247_fitness@yahoo.com.
