Flex 24-7 Fitness Center members appreciate staff’s hands-on approach

Since taking over Flex 24-7 Fitness Center in March owner Chris Moser, B.S., C.P.T., has received comments and emails from current members on how they appreciate the gym’s new approach and attitude towards its members.

“I thought it would take a lot more time to turn the gym into the place I wanted it to be, but members have noticed the changes so that means we’re heading in the right direction,” states Chris.

As a personal trainer with 17 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Chris has begun the process of making Flex 24-7 into more than just a gym. From the time you step foot inside the doors, you will immediately notice the changes, starting at the front desk.

Chris’s passion for his field is contagious and instills that same passion in his employees and club members. “I try to duplicate myself through my staff, that way every member gets that one-on-one every time they step into the gym.”

This duplication happens by hiring the right people and associating himself with passionate individuals like strength and conditioning specialist Zack Barnard, CSCS.

Zack, a pro natural bodybuilder and owner of Max Out Strength and Conditioning and Mobile Nutrition, is a graduate of Lubbock Christian University and is also the Chaparrals baseball team’s strength and conditioning coach, helping lead them to the NAIA National Championship a few weeks ago.

Between Chris and Zack, these guys offer something for everyone. Whether you’re a housewife or an athlete, you can find a program to get you where you want to be and challenge you along the way. Novice gym-goers can choose to work out on their own on Flex’s new machines or join their beginner classes – Cardio Kickboxing, Turbo Kick, Yoga Fusion, and Cardio Strength Integration. You can step it up a notch with personal training, core class and their strength and conditioning classes lead by Zack, who has created high-octane classes exclusively available at Flex like the Underground Strength Club, Gladiator Strength & Conditioning, and Power Fitness for women. These classes are not for the faint of heart and are designed for well-conditioned athletes.

Zack’s Summer Athletic Camp for individuals 13 and up is still enrolling. Strength and conditioning sessions during the summer break are the solution for athletes wanting to keep their edge for the coming year. 

As a Flex member you receive a free one-on-one consultation to assess your fitness level and advise you on nutrition. The personal attention does not stop there; “We’re here to help you out, like a friend,” says Chris

Want to jump start your exercise program? Come to Flex Fitness Boot Camp! This intense 8-week program starts in July and is designed to get you in better shape faster than you can imagine. Three time a week, an hour a day, is all Chris needs to help you see amazing results quickly. All fitness levels are welcome, because they will modify the program to fit you.
