Grand jury issues indictments
A Lubbock County grand jury issued the following indictments on March 6:
Aggravated assault: Richard J. Dingle, 6801 19th St. No. 49.
Burglary of a building: Michael Dool, 19, 8603 C.R. 6440.
Forgery: Bernie W. Adkins Jr., 50, 2725 C.R. 7710.
Possession of marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds): Wesley G. York Jr., 22, 6315 28th St.
